My father Icilio, always a lover of antique and technical objects, has given himself on the occasion of his retirement even a completely to be restored Berkel cutting machine. So he, born in the land of famous sausages, finally fulfilled a great wish and discovered the magic of restoration. 

Hours and hours of passionate work had earned him the satisfaction of having snatched his first jewel, his first restored Berkel slicer, from the passage of time.
